We do have a 24x7 helpdesk open 365 days per year. The helpdesk is
available to our contract based clients.
What is Coastal Computer Consulting's hourly rate for pay as you go support?
While we believe your organization will do better to have a support agreement we understand the need for hourly services from time to time. Our highest published rate is $125 per hour. Please note that is our highest rate, we
encourage customers to call us when they need service as the costs may be
substantially less per hour.
Does Coastal Computer Consulting support Apple Macintosh computers?
Yes we can support Macintosh computers, while they are not our primary core of business we can and do support them.
Does Coastal Computer Consulting sell hardware?
No, we believe that our core business is support and service. We will be happy to assist you and your organization in obtaining hardware from vendors such as Dell, HP, and IBM.
